| Yes, I messed up and used Paypal. Forgive my misteps, try and help me out. Come to find out the guy who was selling me a bike frame was stealing bikes and selling through various places on the internet. Got a call tonight from the PD in the area in which he lives. Hopefully he gets his ass handed to him. Anyway, I've already opened a claim with paypal. I used my bank account (I know, I know...dumb). What are the chances I'll get any of my $ back? I imagine he's already emptied his Paypal balance. Purchase was not through eBay. |

The Officer told me that they don't believe it was stolen, but they can't find it after executing the warrant. He said if it does show up to run the serial # by him. Very possible I was defrauded and the frame was sold to someone else. |
