Did you not drive near Columbus, Toledo, Dayton, Cincinnati, Akron or Cleveland?

What the 1st post said.  You gotta drive into the shit holes of the state to find the supporters.

There are small pockets of resistance in Columbus, though I'm sure I am the only one on my street

I saw a fresh one the other day. Two younger guys in a PU truck.

But they are pretty scarce here for the most part. I have a gut feeling a lot of people that voted for him here last time are just going to stay home. OTOH, you don't see any Mittens stickers either, so maybe the whole state is going to sit this one out. IDK.

You must have missed Cincinnati.

The country is so bitterly polarized now bumper stickers have gone out of style, nobody wants to risk property damage or confrontation with strangers.

I haven't seen many stickers at all this year, for either candidate. I don't think it's indicative of anything.

First post.  Ohio is like a lot of Sates, the big cites ruin the State of the 95% of the State that doesn't live in the cities.

OP wasn't in Athens for sure.  The college crowd has zero stickers and signs everywhere.  I fly a Romney R in the back window of the Jeep.  Still trying to get a yard sign.

I was in Kent this morning and saw an obummer 2012 sticker on a volvo and a business with a big obummer logo sign out front.

This.

I'm suprised to hear this isn't an anti-Ohio thread. Rare that it isn't on ARFCOM.

ETA: I see FAR less Obozo bumper stickers & campaign signs this time.

.. as I understand it, Romney could win in every state but if he loses Ohio, he's toast.

I don't see much of any signs around here. Bumper Stickers I see more Obama then romney. Granted I barely see any Obama stickers at all

Ohio had better not let us down again.

Don't give me another reason to avoid visiting my relatives up in Portsmouth.

I havent seen too many bumper stickers or political signs for either canidate.  By now the state is flooded with them.  Kind of odd.

zero only needs support from some of the larger populated centers to win the state. Generally how it works.

Lets hope enough city people will have sense to vote zero out.

0webama only won about 23/88 counties last time, unfortunately it was all the ones with the highly populated metro areas listed above.

What are you talking about ? Of course if he won all the other states he would win.

The issue is if he loses Ohio it shows he doesn't likely have support to win enough other states.

You're in the sticks, drive into one of our fine metropolises and you'll see more than you care to. I just drove through the city on the way back from the shooting range and saw Obamaminions out in droves.

I was in Columbus last year, and we drove right by Occupy Columbus. It was 2 little tents with an "Occupy Columbus" banner hanging between them.

there's at least 2 Obama voters right there.

I've seen ONE obummer sticker in the last 3 months.  I was driving to class about 3 weeks ago and there was a guy who had plastered hand written posterboard, Pro Romney slogans all over his windows.  Literally, his windows were covered from frame to frame......he couldn't see shit.  The only windows not covered were his windshield and driver side window.

I guarantee he has since been pulled over, ticketed, and told to remove them.  As much as I enjoyed reading them, there's no way he could have seen anything to his right or behind him.

Edit:  This is in Dayton

Sad news, I've now counted three Obama signs in my subdivision,

One in front of a Black;s house, one in a Fireman's house and one in front of a White residence.

Far cry from four years ago.
