I bought my first AR-15 in 2007.  I bought it for around $850.  It started life as a Bushmaster Patrolman's Carbine.

Shortly afterwards I bought a Lewis Machine Tool Buis and a bunch of P-mags.

My AR sat like this for two years while I was in Africa.  Afterwards I bought a Gear Sector Sling.

In 2010 I added the Magpul Moe hand guards and I put the carry handle back on because I misplaced the LMT Buis.

This summer I added a Magpul Vertical grip and a Bushnell TRS-25.

Later this summer I added a Magpul MOE + Grip and Magpul Trigger Guard.

And finally today my first AR has evolved again with the installation of a Troy Alpha rail, Surefire light and Magpul Mbus sights which are not pictured here.

For now I am done.  Next on my list is a Magpul CTR buttstock.

Started out as a DPMS Complete Lower and a CMMG MI Piston upper

Then I had this going on, So I

sold the CMMG Upper and got a BCM 410SS Middy DI FTW!

Then I got a JP Vtac 12.5 Rail and Troy fixed BUIS

Then I Got Magpul Mbus and a PA 1-4 Scope and traded the OD green for Black

This is mine so far:

I'm probably just going to start out with something lightweight and SBR, have a lot of shopping research to do.

It started life as a CMMG factory 11.5" SBR  and I added the SF adapter, suppressor, rail, eotech, light, vfg and dominator mount for duty.  It didn't spend any time plain.

Later I added the VLTOR CASV EL and Aimpoint CompM4

Ditched the vfg and added a Miad grip, bad and an x300 to replace the 6p

Final configuration:  Ditched the 11.5" upper and replaced it with a 12.5" BCM and added a SF brake replacing the SF comp.

Aren't ARs fun?

After owning a lot of ARs over the past dozen or so years I could probably do this all day.

AR pistol..

my dedicated 22lr

My most recent build has not changed much

And this one has not changed at all, but it took me about 6 months to find the parts when I built it several years ago so I made an animation

I still have it.  I just need a new way to attach it to my Alpha rail because I had my front sling swivel taken off along with my front sight tower.  So actually any suggestions on that would be awesome.
