Got a Box or two in the pile.

Went out and bought 'em the day after Ronnie got shot.

Tried a few on squirrels and a couple woodchucks. They suck.

Aluminum hollow points with a primer to set off an explosive. I believe lead azide

Gun broker is full of 14mm spotter shells that can be loaded in 20 gauge hulls and shot through rifled 20 gauge shotguns.

If they do indeed use lead azide, then its going to be useless by now, how long have you had them? 10 years+?

Myself and a couple buddies bought a bunch of loaded rounds from a guy in the pole barn and shit-ton of the projectiles (designated M183A1, and they're 14.5mm) from the Ammunition Store at Knob Creek in '04. They had a pallet stacked high with .50cal ammo cans full of them out in front of their tent. We shot most of them through an old H&R rifled 20ga and some thru a M79 with a 40mm/20Ga adapter. A HELL of a lot more fun than chalk rounds.

What was the name of the tubular bullets that came out in the eighties? I want to say they were made by Federal.

ETA PMC "UltraMags" was one of the brands.
