why the crackdown on people who have been employed for 40+ years, only to fire them for a some minor infraction when they were young?
they have been employed at the job(s) longer than their age at the time of said infraction!

MEANWHILE....

violations of peoples oath of office and crimes against the Constitution and citizens of the USA go unpunished.

obviously, a fake nickle is more important to national security and freedom.

Because...

If you can fire someone for dishonesty you can replace him with somebody cheaper and it won't be age discrimination.

If you can fire someone who is vested in their pension for cause, many places you can strip him of that pension and not pay it out.

See a pattern here?

SAFE act, called that shit.

The act was supposed to get criminals(meaning high ranking white collar bankers) out of the banking business. It was supposed to clean up the banking industry.
It did not however remove a single corrupt banker.

Wells Fargo says between May 2011 and May 2012, it performed thorough background checks on all its team members, regardless of when they were hired. The screenings were the same as those required for new hires.

So why the hell didn't they catch it in the hiring process and just not hire him in the first place.

They obviously didn't feel he was a threat 7 years ago so they should have overlooked it now as well.
