Actually, the bread is made fresh daily, but they put the sammich in a sammich press and melt everything together for delectable, cheesy, melty goodness. This place makes great subs. This is no Subway salad on bun sandwich the meat is piled on. The bread really makes it. A little crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. That roll looks to soft to me. A good sandwich needs the structure of good bread. You can see the rolls in the pictures at the site.
