Thought the hive would find this amusing.  Watching these two guys go back and fourth about gun control and Colorado...it's funny but scary how crazy some of these gun grabbers are...here's a taste:

"empirical data is actually against your argument, which shows you have done little to no research and are just spouting the lies of the NRA and other conservatives. Places like Australia with strict gun regulations have far less

gun problems. Who would have thought... Regulate who can buy guns and limit the amount of ammunition an individual can buy and the problems with guns seems to disappear. As P***r noted, it also probably has a lot to do with our poor public education system but you see, guns are not like alcohol and drugs. I can make alcohol relatively easily and even grow or cook drugs in my kitchen. It's not as simple just to make a gun. With regulation, gun problems disappear. It's a simple fact.  B
ut anyways, let's suppose more people in the theater were armed. The shooter was wearing Kevlar so I doubt anyo

ne would be able to get a head shot on him while he was spraying his semi automatic AR15 at the audience after releasing tear gas in the theater. Especially after consider that many of the people in the theater thought it was part of the show, not an actual attack. But suppose an armed individual still attempted to try and take out Holmes. That individual could take him out, but that same individual could be untrained in using firearms and could in turn end up killing even more people. I think if everyone had guns, there would have been even more blood shed that day in the theater, as well as in most instances. And again, most studies support this argument.
But regarding the original quote, we do have police to strictly regulate our roads, just as we should have more strict regulations for people buying guns. I believe 40% of guns are bought online, requiring no background check. It is obviou

s we need to take gun control more seriously. Why does anyone need a sub machine gun? Submachine guns are designed for rapid fire, not too big or strong of bullets, with excellent accuracy, specifically for war. Also, why do citizens need 100-round magazines? Seem a little unnecessary?"

I bought some teflon bullets at WalMart and used them to shoot through an entire bus of nuns and orphans wearing kevlar.   It caused over a trillion dollars of damage.

Doesn't matter. Don't play their games. Guns are for killing people. Some people need killing. People who wear armor get killed all the time. (see Iraq/afg)

These days I never bother with the crime statistics and Switzerland vs Australia.  The 2A is not contingent upon crime statistics or social experimentation, its about the protection of liberty, so that's how I argue for it.

Exactly, liberals' knowledge of body armor doesn't extend far beyond Hollywood and Call of Duty games.

stupid libtards "empirical data" is flat out wrong

all crime, especially gun related violent crime went up

just one source: http://www.ncpa.org/sub/dpd/index.php?Article_ID=17847

I just want to add that studies done show that only ONE law had any affect on crime, care to take a guess which one?
concealed carry

crime rates dropped in areas where concealed carry was enacted, every other law had no affect up or down on crime rates

My Wally World sells RPG's.  No background checks on guns AND you can buy ammo by the freight car load, ya and Stinger Missiles and a boat load of those folding things and pointy stuff, ya and they don't need any FFL so no reporting of sales, ya and they're 50% cheaper than anyone in the whole world.  Colt can't buy their own rifles less than Walmart.

Wonder if CNN or MSNBC needs a reporter?

I just got one of those hand guns made out of ceramic and plastic that you can get through a metal detector.

I bought it at a gun show with no background check.

Now I need some of those teflon coated black talons that go through bullet proof vests.

What kind of fucked up mental gymnastics does it take to arrive at the scenario where an armed citizen would have caused more harm in the theater? I'm hearing this retardation everywhere now. "Good thing nobody was armed and tried to stop the psycho, more innocent lives would have been lost" Seriously? What in the blue fuck?
