| Starting for the winter face Kevlar. Who's with me? |

Quoted:
I have let mine grow all year. Now its not epic cool beard but I work outside all day every day and the the beard makes no difference hot or cold. Although sometime during the summer I usually cut mine back to the "flange gasket" type, I really find no difference, if anything the beard acts as an evaporative cooling mat. |

Quoted: I start mine on the 1st of Septembeard. Same here. I go whole hog though. Shave off the 'stache and cut my hair down to a #2 guard and let it all grow back at the same time. I'll trim the beard once a month or so but I don't have to get a hair cut till Easter weekend. |

It's 100 fucking degrees every day. Fuck that shit. I am a 24/7 user of beard. You are being soft. Don't work outside huh? I'll be starting November 5th. Systems engineer for a SaaS company. What do you think? I googled it, something with computers, so I think not(sounds hardcore though). I've been in monsoons, deserts, mountains, plains, and everywhere in between, one thing I do know, that shit gets hot. eta: I work outside and after last month I considered working in a bandana and loin cloth. |
