Go to the self defense and fitness forum.  Ask it there.  I think they discuss it in the p90x thread as well.

Dig deeper. I started round two yesterday. Lost 36lbs in the first 60 day program about 2 months ago.

I am finishing up day 40 and lost 20lbs. It would be tough if you have any kind of knee problems, but great for cardio. I started insanity to get into elk hunting shape for Sept.

It will KICK YOUR ASS just as much on day 60 as day 1. If you do it right.

And you will be in the best shape of your life.

I completed the course, then continued with Week 2 stuff a few times a week while working in running... ended up running mile checkpoints in 4 mile runs rivaling my cross country days in high school at 40 years old.

I did the first 30 days, lost 17lbs, then slacked off.

It's a great program but to me the warm up routine gets boring and I started to dred it.

Having done P90X twice..Insanity gets a little boring.

If I were you OP, I'd do P90x first, then once you're in decent shape do the Insanity workouts. That would get you into real good shape.

Hot asian chick.  We do it for pt 2-3 times a week.  I'm dripping sweat to the floor by the end.  I want to stab the host in the face to shut him up but it is a great workout.  Too much jumping imo

It's a motherfucker.

Hell on my knees, too.

I was dropping weight like crazy, but it was just too much cardio and jumping and that didn't fit with my fitness goals. If you want to get into "do hard shit really fast and don't die" shape, then it's for you.
