My neighbor asked me if i wanted to buy a Colt M4 Carbine .22 ( i think thats what its called) for $400. He said he bought it $530 brand new. A couple hundred rounds through it and in pretty good condition. Is that a good deal ?

It said colt on the left side of the receiver , but yeah i googled the gun and it came up as Umarex 22 LR Colt M4 Carbine.
