So I took my home built AR to the range to to test and sight in.  I'll do another thread on that once I clean it up for a picture.  There was however a very interesting AR on the table beside me.  It was a Colt, 16 inch barrel flat top.  The scope was as long as the entire rifle.  It had a forward grip and bipod legs.  There was a red laser on one side and a green laser on the other.  Just wow.

Did he have the biPod directly attached to the FSP too?!

I tried twice to help educate some new people into the AR world. Its hard since they are set in their ways, especially since a "SEAL" told them to put that crap on there =/

yeah we see that stuff all the time on this board.  It is good for a laugh, sadly people take to throwing every china made doohickey on their rifle as serious business.

If you don't have pics... The next time you go and see them go up to them and compliment them on their rifle... Say, " You must know someone like a Green beret or SEAL to get a rifle like that!"

Then, Ask if you can take a pic to show your gun dealer how you want your AR.

Take pic.

Post to ARFCOM

Profit...

I really really wanted to take a pic but I just wasnt sure how to pull it off without seeming like a real ass.  Boom, adjust scope, boom adjust scope, so hard to watch.
