I found The Postman on Netflix and found it to be a pretty good movie.
Its a bit long and had its moments, but overall it was worth seeing. I probably wouldn't have appreciated the movie as much until now. This along with a certain 68 year old engineer with a ham radio made it a different movie than if I saw it years ago. Also who has a crate of M14's?? What other forgotten/buried films should I look for? |

Top 5 worst movies I ever seen. Went to the theater when it came out. Was hard not to laugh out loud.
Still the only movie I have ever walked out of before it was over. Obviously you never saw Battlefield Earth in the theater. I still use that movie as the suck stick all other shitty movies are measured by. I actually liked The Postman. It was pretty good mind candy. |

What, you don't think going from being basically a caveman to teaching yourself to fly a fighter jet in an afternoon is plausible? Quoted:

Is it true the book has fighting robots in it? They're not robots. They are humans who have been augmented with implants. The big fight scene at the end is completely different. |
