She almost came to me. You see the manhole and the collection box? Collection box connects to the manhole, I know this because I left glow sticks in it after walking up the storm drain for half a mile.  Ironic part is there's a parallel drain directly beneath where I'm standing to take the picture that doesn't connect to the collection box.  This one.
