I have a droid with the IPSC Shot Timer (Beta) that seems to work okay although I would definitely agree the real thing is better. The app works well for what I paid for it though

I have a Pocket pro, works fine for me. Our club at the IDPA matches uses the Pocket pro's as well, and they have held up well over the years.
