cool, but I'd use different cartridges with different bullets instead of using cheap looking cuts to differentiate between the pieces. There was one like that for sale at a gun shop here a couple of years ago, made by a local guy. Nice metal board, I think the black squares were copper and the whites were aluminum. The black/white pieces were brass and nickel plated cartridges. The king was a .30-06, the bishops were a pair of .243s, the rooks were .44s, the pawns were 9mm, etc. Someone bought it for $200. |
