| One of these assholes shot at some local LEOs earlier tonight, then took off running, it took several hours and a bunch of cops to find him hiding like a little bitch under a house. I know the basics of the shit they pull and that they've killed a lot of cops, what I wonder is, are their roots in posse comitatus or what? They're certainly both scum, and full of shit. Anyone else having to deal with their shit locally? |

Scum bags and delusional to the point of being insane. Maybe not "criminally insane" as in a defense, but definitely off their nut and extremely dangerous.
If you're a police officer and you get some guy that tells you he doesn't have to have a license, because the government has no authority over him you've got one and be ready to draw down. If you're a civilian and you see a guy sign his name with a "TM" next to it avoid him at all costs. |

We are getting more interactions with them around our area. I haven't interacted with one yet. Our neighboring agency show us a dashcam video of one stop with one. Expired tag. Wouldn't give a name,etc. Their Chief show up and knows they person so the officer can issue a citation.
Well, I guess a few weeks ago the same person was stopped because the Chief knew the person didn't have a valid license, started resisting the Chief and was Tased. My wifes Aunt and Uncle got busted for filing bogus liens in the billions of dollars. Last time I talked to the Aunt before they got arrested, she was talking about all this corporations stuff, had the blacks law book out, etc. She said that driving was a right.  I didn't think much of it until i saw the dashcam video and the person was talking the same shit as the aunt. I thought, HOLY SHIT, she's one of those people!
I sort of get what they are trying to prove, such as "I have the right to travel". No argument there, but where does use of a motor vehicle to travel fit in this? "Driving is a corporate term, meaning a paying job, I'm traveling" Ok, If you have a DL in possesion, and refusing to show me it, What's it say at the top? Minnesota Driver's License  So if you have one, aren't you holdiong a corporate license?

When you come into contact with them make sure you check your credit report and that they're not filing false financial statements claiming interests against you. These guys live to play stupid revenge games. If they spent half the effort they do into this stupid sovereign citizen thing into finding a job they'd be able to afford to have a driver's license or have their own place. These guys like to squat as well in foreclosed or abandoned houses. They'll claim the house is their house through some twisted soveriegn citizen logic. God forbid you're unlucky enough to rent property to these guys or hire one. Talk about a never ending nightmare. Luckily I haven't had to deal with them, but I know folks who have. |

Those guys are dangerous wingnuts, the few interactions I've had with em has not been pleasant.
Look at the several shoot outs involving them... many officers have been killed or seriously hurt by those dips hits. I am honestly shocked there is not more support for their kind here. |

Um, the state would also be the prosecutor and the judge in that case. It's hard to prove you are innocent when the vic is also the judge and prosecutor. How would I feel if my mother was killed by a drunk driver in 2004 and had to sit in court as a witness? I would feel the same. If your actions hurt someone then pay the price, but if not then whatever. You saying the vic in a victimless crime is the state is proof in and of itself that you are wrong. |
