How do we start a fund for an award for "Best Hippie smackdown by L.E. on video" and set up a mechanism to judge and give the award annually? Of course the use of force will have to be absolutely within Regs and all that, but style points and that sort of thing should count for something, and Cops rate to have thier performance art recognized. |
