I've got a couple of Coleman LED flashlights and they are indeed surprisingly good lights.

At around $20 shipped it is an awesome deal.  Up to 150 Lumens is damn bright.  This has become my favorite gift to give.

Not a fan of the fat-bodied lights, but the lumens to battery life ratio seems superb.

They even make a female yoda version Oh you said flashlight. I like the Sunwayman C10A 140 lumen powered by 1 AA bat. My EDC is a Fenix LD10.

How long does the battery last at that output?

Probably 10-15 minutes(fresh battery), then drops to 100+ for over hour and then declines from there.  Never really timed out usable light.
