I was watching Fox News a day or so ago and saw a bi-line at the bottom of the screen that stated the federal government was working on a quarintine plan to isolate and quarantine a entire city's population in the event small pox or other infectious biological agent was released as an act of terrorism.

The question I have is, would you stay in your city or town if  people starting contracting small pox and the government put in troops to try and quarintine the city?

Or, if you live in the rural areas would you try and quarintine your property to avoid the contaminated "city people" from entering upon a mass exodus from the infected area?
