Wingstop Cajun Wing Hot Sauce I've gotten addicted to the Wingstop Cajun Wings. I need to get the sauce recipe or at least a sauce that's close to it.
The typical Louisiana style sauces are way too vinegary, including Franks. It's a dark red sauce, btw, so the orangish looking sauces tend to be too tangy. I've got the cajun spice mix figured out (mostly). Just need a sauce or sauce recipe. Help a brother out. |

I had habanaro mango @ buffalo wildwings for the first time yesterday, best sauce i've ever had. Dip some pizza rolls in it. Who can recommend a good old fashioned ass burner hot sauce Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile Melinda's Naja Jolokia sauce. Got it at World Market. It's jolokia is ghost chile for those that don't know. It's super hot but not inedible. Quite delicious. Had some on my eggs this morning, |

LaVicotria Salsa Bravo is easily one of the best tasting sauces out there, could be hotter though. Goes incredibly well with cheesey eggs and any Mexican food. Tabassco sauce is pretty good and I like the Tabassco Habanaro as well. I typically use these to add heat to chili, spaghetti sauce, or my mac-n-cheese. Cholula is my favorite on pork loins. I sampled the Mango Habanaro sauce at Buffalo Wild Wings. Fruit has no place in hot sauce. Ordered their second hottest wings on the menu and I was surprised, they were only a little hot. I do like spicey foods but don't want my mouth scorching hot, but those wings were weak. |

I had habanaro mango @ buffalo wildwings for the first time yesterday, best sauce i've ever had. I make that sauce myself at home. It is especially good on grilled wings (or any other chicken part), because the sugars in the mango glaze when heated. Good stuff! ETA: The recipe link http://forum.grasscity.com/general/154087-mango-habanero-hot-wings.html (Be warned... it is a pothead site. I'm not a pothead (far from it!), but was looking for the recipe, and that is where I happened to find it.) |

They are decently hot I've been warned about those. And I certainly don't consider myself a champion of hot foods by any means. That is why I was surprised that Buffalo Wild Wings second hottest wings were only mildly hot for me. |

Yep, that is the best one yet. There is a red one and a XXX brown one. The green is the best one. Unfortunately, it is not what the OP wants. |

I prefer the their red sauce El Yucateco Red Habenero |

Quoted: Found this online as an approximation: * 1/2 cup Frank's Hot Sauce (or your preferred hot sauce) * 2 Tbsp Tony Chachere's seasoning I've got a cajun spice mix already figured out. Franks is as close is I've gotten to the flavor but it's still to vinegary. Something with less vinegar and more something else. |

Well, after my latest taste test sampling, apparently it *is* a Louisiana style hot sauce. Just juiced up a bit more than the off the shelf stuff. Probably from the cayenne in the spice seasoning. So I stand corrected. ![]() Anyway, here's my cajun spice recipe to mix in with the sauce and then dust on the wings after they've been coated in the sauce... 5 Tbsp. Fine Sea Salt 3 Tbsp. Dried Italian Seasoning 2 Tbsp. Cayenne Pepper 2 Tbsp. Sweet Paprika 2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder 1 Tbsp. Onion Powder 1 Tbsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper |

Having this on Moros y Cristianos for lunch. |

Lately I eat Sriracha on damn near everything but steak, respect the steak man. ![]() Last week I mixed it with mayo and used it as a topping for latkes.
I'm just a southern boy, I don't know what latkes are, but Sriracha and mayo sounds damn good to me! ETA: looked it up..tater cakes. YUM! |
