Every saturday at 7am neighbors have full gardening crew to cut their lawn.

I work nights so im a little annoyed by it, but more scratching my head, why every saturday? why at 7am and does the lawn really need to be cut every week?

7am is a little early for a Saturday in my opinion.

I would have a neighborly chat with them before calling code enforcement.

Any morning at 7:00 am is too early in a residential neighborhood.

Not normal. Very anal.

The town I grew up in had a noise ordinance that prohibited loud yard work before 8am.  Does yours?

My landscapers come at 8am on Friday or Saturday, every week in grass growing seasons.

meh. You don't want noise at lawful hours then move where there are no neighbors. Perhaps the lawn maintenance people can't do everyones lawns after 9 pm and still make a decent living.

It sucks but it is acceptable in my opinion.

Walk out naked with your gun and have a talk with em.

I would blame the lawn crew and not the neighbors. When I ran a landscape company, We got stuff done when we could. If we rolled at 5am we would do commercial until about 8. 7 is legal in my area. Yes it sucks but things have to get done when they can.

I'm sure the neighbors don't instruct them to do this. YMMV

This, although not every Saturday.  When I lived in a neighborhood I always waited until at least 0900 unless I mowed after work.  I did know one of my neighbors and I knew they worked the day shift.  I even asked them if it bothered them and, more importantly, their new born baby.

It's probably a busy "boutique" lawn service and the 7 AM Saturday time slot is all they could get.

When I used to live on Long Island, those fucking landscapers would be out there EVERY DAY. Different houses, different landscapers, but EVERY DAY. I hated them.

I don't have that problem anymore, now I just hear chainsaws every other day...

i would be pouring bleach in their yards.

Plus most city laws have a set time like 8am that any residential 'work' can occour.

Look up your local codes, print them out and leave them in his front door. If it continues call the cops. Who rememebr the guy that got arrested for cutting his grass at 4am a few months back for noise violiations

How are illegals supposed to be drunk and on the road by noon if they don't start early?

See if the work crew can adjust the schedule before going full retard on the neighbor.  They are probably just the first stop of the day.  0700 is a little early for my neighbors.  I am up before that every day though.
