I know this going to sound dumb but I need advice.
I HAVE to work the midnight shift tonight. I went to the gym thursday at 5pm. I had an intense work out with a new personal trainer. Everything was fine until 2am friday. Then both of my hamstrings cramped up. This has continued until currently. I am having a hell of a time walking. I have to tip around. I am a supervisor at the local jail. My job isn't physically demanding but there is small chance it could go crazy. |
