whose done this? im not interested in the marketing side of it but am in the program itself. a friend is 85 days in to the 90 day challenge and has lost 70 pounds. He was 300 to start. the meal replacement and metabolism boost is what appeals to me. I have lost weight in the last 2 years (from 245 to 195 and now back to 215) by doing a shit load of cardio but I was never particularly healthy. I was always tired and regularly went with 1 huge meal per day. My work schedule now allows me to work out each day and also be in one place most of the time so can eat 5-6 small meals per day (snacks, 2 shakes, 1 sensable meal). The transformation kit is about $265 per month delivered. Based on what I spend per day eating out (1-2 meals per day) the cost is a wash or may actually be cheaper.

anyone have any thoughts on the results of this program. again, no interest in their pyramid scheme sales program.

Dont know that Vi   gal, but I seriously took a 10 day PILATES boot camp that shredded my abs, sides, back, quads, traps, glutes..... I was hobbling around, sore muscle groups I didnt know were there. it was BRUTALLY   GOOD shit.
Instructor  looked exactly like  a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader, you know, the incredibly hot tall stacked blonde one... yeah, she looked just like her, except  longer legs, and more ( a  lot more ) flexible.
Oh, and she was really nICE too,  would help manually 'guide' you into the proper form, if I was doing something wrong, repeatedly...........

Pyramid scam..had a friend trying to get me involved and I showed him it was a carrot/horse kind of thing. Always follow the money and why they are doing it.

Stay off sugars and grains completely, do an hour of cardio a day, do at least 3 different ab exercises (50-100 reps per exercise) a day 5 days week. You will be amazed at what will happen. I do regular weight workout 3 days week also.

I took this advice from two on board exercise gurus and I could'nt be happier. Got a roman bench and my stomach looks great...and I am 50 yrs. old now.

Eat lots of Protein..lots of protein. Go to Walmart and get the Whey powder and make your own cheaper.

I have a friend that sells this stuff in my business networking group.

I tried it.. I think the material itself can help but otherwise it's just an MLM thing.

A lot depends on the kit you order, but the one I purchased cost me 240.00 for a two month supply of protein powder (vanilla flavored), drink powder (protein again, I think) and a meal plan.

At its root it tries to keep you from over-eating and keeps you to a low carb diet.

I can't say that I'm a huge fan, I was largely unimpressed but there are people that have done it and have had success.

I think you'd do better just eating a modest diet and exercising (it's less expensive too).
