Deep down I knew that I should heed the warnings of my Arfcom brethren, but they sucked me in anyway with promises of good deals for items they don't even actually have.
Once they have your money they send you an order status e-mail... without an order status in it! Days go by without a word, and when you call you get to wait on the phone for an hour before you get to talk to an actual person, who tells you they don't have your item and don't know when or if they will be getting any in.[:// |
meh, it happens. I just ordered something from Optics Planet two Mondays ago that showed to be in stock. The next day I get an email saying "oops" it wasn't in stock and that it should be in stock and ship within 5-10 days. Here it is 10 days later and nothing has shipped. And their website still shows it as in stock.  If I had known it wasn't in stock, I would have ordered it from someone else, even with having to pay for the shipping.
