My wife and I Found some ones shopping forgotten in a shopping cart in the parking lot,
I take it to customer service And as I explain the situation this women dives across from the other line and says "can I look in the bag" I say "why it isn't yours" she then sucked her teeth and returns to her line and keeps giving me evil looks. Now I've only lived in the US for a couple of years but this individual fitted all the stereotypes described in GD. I thought you were all being harsh but I have to now admit GD was right! |

Stereotypes persist because they're true. When they stop being true they fade away.
A lone experience shouldn't shape your entire perspective. Go with your gut. Almost every time someone gets robbed, raped, or cheated they look back and state that they knew something was amiss, but didn't act on it. |
