So the wife wanted me to go to Wal-mart to pick up a B-Bay card for the MIL and maybe some hard salami for lunches. I go to the deli and grab 1 lb of ham, 1 lb of roast beef and a pack of hard salami.
While I was in the check out, I noticed the ugly fat ass Somoli cashier lady. When it my time to ring up she took a look at my meat products and called over the manager. The manager rang up the ham, beef and salami and then backed off so the fu@kin' Somoli bitch could ring up the card and gum..... WHAT THE FU@K!!!!!! If you can not do the job without fuc@king asking for help to ring up products that you fu@king sell.... get the FU@K out. It's not the Fu@cking world problem that you dont want to touch pork you fu@king douche. I feel insulted to say the least that we are allowing the shit to happen. Bri <Title edit. The next time you hear somebody complaining about Walmart being evil, and raping and pillaging the local community remember this.
Walmart is the largest provider of Welfare in the US besides the federal government. Most stores employ hundreds of people, although they could fairly easily run the store with less than 50, and have things ran far more efficiently. Instead of hiring 50 highly efficient people, they hire dozens of morons, retards and other deficients that wouldn't be able to hold a job making what they do at Walmart anywhere else. Most of these people are making $9-10 an hour, which is well above minimum wage, and they serve no useful purpose whatsoever to the customer or the store, their presence is purely an act of charity. I am dead serious about this. I worked at a Walmart, and have seen it, they hire many people who would otherwise never find employment, they treat them well, offer them benefits, and pay them more than they are worth, and ask for damned little in return. Imagine a Walmart with 15-20 capable cashiers (of course there would rarely be more than five or so on shift at any given time), and one to two capable people in each department per shift, and half a dozen to ten decent night stockers. They would easily be able to run the store, keep customers happy, and product moving, but instead they add dozens of extra bodies on every shift. One does the work, two fuck things up to bad that a fourth is needed to unfuck what two and three got wrong, all the while the single employee is the only one being productive. |

I would as follows:
(1) Take your purchases to the car (2) Go back in for a single package of bacon (3) Go back to her register for check-out (thereby forcing the manager to relieve her again) (4) Repeat steps 1 thru 3 until that bitch is pulled and made to stock shelves, sweep floors, or some shit more suitable to her beliefs.

He COULD NOT fire or even discipline them for not doing their jobs due to some ridiculous "religious insensitivity" bullshit. They just had to have a team lead who wasn't offended by touching bacon in a fucking package that could ring shit up. What a joke. |

The purpose of her employment at Wal-Mart is ostensibly to scan items selected by customers and then to complete a transaction. She refuses to scan a certain proportion of those items, necessitating a delay while she waits for another employee to show up to her job for her. Surely, this would strike any reasonable person as strange and silly and a waste of everyone's time. The reason for her refusing to do a certain proportion of her job (her religion) inflames passions and makes everybody wig out a little more than they otherwise might, but the fact remains that it's stupid that an organization hired her to do a job that both parties knew she wouldn't fully do. I'm a pizza boy. One of my shift leaders is a vegan. She still puts the fucking cheese and the fucking meat on the fucking pizzas, because that's her job. If she refused to handle animal products, my boss never would have hired her, because it'd be a lot more sensible to hire someone who could do the whole job, and not just parts of it. ETA: If muslims want to work at jobs where they'll never have to touch pig or look at dogs or whatever, they should open a... *sunglasses* Halal-Mart. |
