Something I just realized, there is no genetic Pepsi. I'm getting to the point where I don't like Coke anymore, only Pepsi. But they don't make any cheap knockoffs, so I keep getting Sam's choice Coke ripoff instead.
I want generic Pepsi dammit.

Quoted: Quoted: I met her in a club down in old Soho Where you drink champagne and it tastes just like cherry-cola C-O-L-A cola ![]() I hope you know what that song's about. Just googled it, it came out about a decade before I was born. Only ever heard it a few times and never really payed attention to the lyrics but going back and looking at them....uh yeah.... uh, did anyone mention RC yet? |
| How much soda do you drink that you need a generic substitute? If you like Pepsi then drink Pepsi.I hate when you go to someones house and they offer you a drink and they have that cheap shit,I can tell right away, cheap asses.Whats it like 50 cents more for a bottle of Pepsi than the crap soda that always tastes strange ? |

Quoted: Nobody copies the #2 product. I prefer Pepsi. Someone once pointed out to me the subtle difference between coca-cola and pepsi... notably the "tinny" aftertaste of Coca-Cola. After that, all I could ever taste from Coca-Cola is that tinny aftertaste... it bugged me so much, that Coca-Cola is now sort of disgusting to me. |

| Most generic colas are far closer to Pepsi than they are to Coke and I actually like many of them better.I'm not a big soda drinker and am somewhat of a snob:either glass bottles or fountain when I do have it.However,it might just be me but fountain Pepsi from Taco Bell is just a little off, maybe it's not carbonated as much but the last 2 times I had it,it was kind of gross. |

Quoted: LOL! I tend to agree... though in my experience Generic flavored sodas aren't too bad... ie. Grape soda, Orange soda...etc. My local Frys Supermarket has a *HUGE* selection of different flavors in Generic brand. They have PEACH Soda... which I've really learned to enjoy!
