I do not believe this is a new stamp line (other than it being a forever stamp) They have had EID stamps for a long time






EDIT> it was at the bottom of the page  "The new background color and calligraphy on this stamp will help customers and postal clerks distinguish the Forever stamp from the original Eid stamp, which was first issued in 2001 with gold calligraphy on a blue background."

I have not used the USPS in years and I really do not plan on using it ever again.
