Yes I know there are 2 other threads but I am drunk and in a posting mood.
Judge who beat his daughters ass with a belt not only has been cleared by the state of Texas due to the statute of limitations running out but will also not face any federal charges in the matter as well. Feel free to crack that whip! |

Feel free to crack that whip! Texas PC specifically states that corporal punishment by parents and schools is lawful. She didn't get near the whipping she was trying to make everyone think. She should just be glad he could find his belt and didn't have to resort to a hairbrush. |
