What kind of asada are you talking about? Asada is a widely used term encompassing any type of beef sold at a mexican restaurant... define your idea of asada and we can help you out...

Asada technically means grilled meat. Grilled over coals not gas.

Asado is pork in a red chile sauce.

We have a couple of Mexican food places here that make good asado, and one burrito place that makes EXCELLENT asado.

None of them will tell me how to make it.
