Hey so how many of you on this board drive like reckless assholes?  I know many responsible motorcyclists, however a large proportion of them seem to think riding a motorcycle increases the size of your manhood. I was walking to class and was in the middle of a cross walk and one dick whizzed right by me, coming 3 feet from taking me out. He then proceeded to go 40 mph through a four way stop and let his engine hit the maximum rpm range possible. This isn't the only guy, everyone on this damn campus who has a motorcycle weaves in and out of traffic at dangerous speeds. Now I could care less when I'm in a car, since I'll simply take them out, but when I'm on the sidewalk or in the intersection, please don't kill me.  I'm not saying I want you all to die, but damn, it's not just a few motorcyclists, its more than half of them! Maybe my sample population from which I'm drawing conclusions is too small.

Nothing pissed me off more than bikers who ride like assholes. Im a biker- and unfortinately I get to hear all of the pissing, moaning, and attacks directed towards ME. I do find it interesting that on the one hand you seem to advocate running them over and in the same sentance asking that they not do the same to you. Your not really comming across as a very level headed person. The ones you see acting like ruhtards are the ones youll remember the most, not those of us who act responsibly. Id check your "more than half of them" quote untill you have factual evidence to back that up. Im guessing youd be surprised. Your at a college campus filled with testosterone fuelled dickweeds on crotchrockets bought by their mommy and daddy. Id say not only is your sample way to small, but way too biased. |

Nice try  I clearly state later that I don't actually want to kill bikers if you read the whole statement. That was just said to make the point of driving recklessly around pedestrians and the fact that you'd end up killing yourself if I was in a car for your reckless driving, instead of when I'm not where you'd kill me... You mistook that purposefully to make it seem that i want to run you over... I was referring bikers getting themselves ran over. Second, I admitted my sample size was not that large, and this is not just from college campus, this is from road trips through various states. If you expect perfect percentages of bad riders that I've noticed then you must be smoking something because I don't tally everyone I see on a notepad. I even stated that there are definitely good bikers out there in the first two sentences! I have nothing against well meaning bikers, I'm sitting near one right now...

If you're anything like the pedestrians around here, you were probably walking while the red hand was lit up anyway. Which apparently means, go ahead and walk because no matter what, they're walking across. Damn the traffic signals.
Then they wonder why they get hit...or almost hit. Yes I typically ride faster than the flow of traffic. No I don't ride like an asshole. I'm not an asshole just because I can move through traffic faster than you can in your car. |

I'd rather see, "Fuckwit cabbie gets the shit stomped out of him." Lane splitting is legal and encouraged in lots of European countries, where this video was shot. |

I wasn't tailgating IMO. Actually, my opinion got someone a free overnight stay at gov't lodging. So it counts to the right people. Now, back to our regular programming... Once again, a total lack of self control and maturity has resulted in a rule being broken. I'm not insulting you, I'm telling you like it actually is . Its exactly what landed that gentleman in jail. Control yourself even when you don't want to, or get yourself into trouble and post on the internet about how everyone else is the asshole. Given my AFSC, I get a front row seat to how its always the SP's (or the other guys) fault. This is really no different. What a sad, sad joke. And you know the biggest part of this whole "joke"? I'm explaining it to a grown ass man. I threw nothing at anyone, nor did I make anyone throw anything. Another man went felt I wronged him, so he went out of his way to harm me. I reported it, and the incident was confirmed by his wife, the designated driver. And lastly: As I've already stated, being disliked on the internet is not something that bothers me, even if they are veterans (all of which scored 99 on the ASVAB). I've got lady friends, best friends, my health, family, a dog, a career building job, and almost total satisfaction in life (someday I'd like to make more money). I'm literally the textbook definition of "happy", and nothing you, or all the internet veterans think is going to change that. |

Did anyone else notice the cab driver popping the trunk THEN getting out of the car? I don't think he intended to get clocked in a company vehicle, lose whatever rest of the day's pay was coming, etc?
More likely is that the fare got tired of waiting, and said they'd walk the rest of the way. |

He may have simply decided "Screw it, traffic ain't moving, I should hop out and grab my gatorade real quick". The other option: "Fucking lane splitters! Think they are gonna leave me stuck in traffic! Lemme pop my trunk and grab my crow bar, I'll show them..."
