Grilled shrimp with Lemon-Dill Butter and Orzo Salad. Here's the Orzo Salad. I can't wait.

What I would do is prepare it about an hour ahead of time and place in the refrigerator to let the ingredients marinate and chill slightly.

Houston, I agree. I've got it in the fridge right now but this evening about an hour before serving I'm going to take it out an let it approach room temp a bit. LotBoy - ain't no beans in this salad, but I do like beans.

Houston, I just tried it. It's great. Bobby Flayes recipes usually work and I can highly recommend this one.
