I'm not expecting particularly high marks for this one. No guns this morning, I had all my little ones at the table with me.

However, what you're looking at there is a straight up Beef Stroganoff omelette.

Stroganoff: Chuck roast, white wine, shallots, mushrooms, sour cream. Made by my wife in a Dutch Oven.

Omelette: Eggs, 3 plus milk.

Coffee: Kona, black.

If you're ever looking for something to do with left over Stroganoff (or pot roast for that matter), I suggest you try one of these.

It was easily one of the best omelettes I've ever eaten.
