I do love me some Corb Lund! I had never heard of him before today, but he popped up on my Pandora. I've been rockin that song on repeat all evening. Check out some his other stuff too. I like his Horse Soldier album a lot. I've got his Hair in my Eyes, Horse Soldier, and Losin' Lately Gambler albums. He's a pretty cool guy. I don't even know what kind of music it would classify as.

James McMurtry has tons of great stuff...His Dad wrote the Lonesome Dove series. Charlie Robison Ray Wylie Hubbard Cory Morrow Robert Earl Keen I ll think of more....there is a ton of great alternative (closer to country as it should be) |
