With all the whiner threads this week...........I was in a fix and Midway really came through for me this morning.
I had to give the "Safety Moment" discussion before our big staff meeting yesterday. Naturally as a hive member, I always do one on personal protection and/or awareness when my turn comes up. This one centered on the pros and cons of utulizing pepper spray as a SD device. Afterward some of the folks asked which pepper spray platform I would recommend and to make a long story short ended with my organizing a group buy of 18 Kimber Pepper Blasters from Midway. They happened to be on sale for $29.99 ea. This morning I went to place the order and the sale had ended. New price was $38.99. I was really going to be  in front of a bunch of coworkers.
Anyway, a quick call to Jennifer in Midway customer service went great. She honored the sale price, checked stock and ensured the order would ship this morning. I remain a happy and loyal customer of Midway. That is all.

They're a model as to how all internet sales should be. I often times buy from them at slightly higher prices because I know I'm going to get my stuff quick. If I need to buy something, even if not gun or hunting related, I check Midway first. This roughly mirrors my experience as well. They are a good company. |
