I just shot his cousin last week! Really? I thought gators were protected? You can get tags for gators. Also if they are on your property and a menace you can shoot them. I think a gator tag is around $1600, right? I'll remember that when I'm on my property, because I am definitely a menace. Not many gators in Missouri though. *At least not since a few weeks ago. |

It is illegal for members of the general public to kill, capture or relocate nuisance alligators. |

Florida resident gator tags are $271.50 and non residents pay a hair over a grand. Its a lottery system and each hunter, resident or not, gets two tags for the price.
Theyve been killing some big gators up here in the panhandle that last few years, I want to try and get on a gator hunt one of these days. Im no PETA member and love deer and hog hunting and fishing, just not sure if I can kill a big ole gator that is probably three times my age. A couple smaller ones that are good to eat would be fair game! |

Quoted: Quoted: Is it illegal to take the skulls from road killed gators? No idea. I don't want to be the test subject. Not to mention it smelled like a rotting alligator. If you really want one, you can get one at just about any tourist trap. I'm not a big fan of having dead animals in my house, but I was thinking that somebody would pay money for those things, and apparently I was right. |
