We've got the standard under the counter dishwasher in our kitchen, but lately there has been a little water leaking under from under the cabinet molding after running the dishwasher. I removed the two screws that mount the dishwasher under the counter and tried to slide it out to check the connections, but the hot water supply and the drain hose come in from the side, under the kitchen sink. Is this pretty standard? It looks like I'm going to have to do some cabinetry disassembly under there to get to the problem. Any advice from those who have done it?

Does your dishwasher have a removable metal panel along its front bottom side?

Typically, pulling off that panel involves removing a few sheet metal screws - and often gives you a good view of what's happening directly underneath the dishwasher.

Check the door seal as well.
