Keep it and train as security.I used to keep rattle snakes in my gun room 1 tank under each window.That thing looks like it wants to burrow into someones ear

Consult with your states Wildlife officials, I believe you've managed to find a protected species, commonly referred to as a North American Rattlemoccasincobraboaadderdikfer Beetle, these are extremely venomous, I believe the one you've found is the "spitting" variety, where it can spray it's toxic/flammable venom from all twelve of it's orifices.

Tread very cautiously and if you hear it start to hiss, get away quickly!
