Questions for those in the know.

I'm packing up my dad's antique tool collection and I found this reloading stuff in a box. It looks like it's all for 12 gage shot shells except for the bullet mold. I couldn't find any manufacturer's names on any of it, but my vision sucks.

I'm curious if anyone knows the vintage of this stuff?

Any crazy high value, exceptionally rare items in the photos?

What is this plier type tool for? The inside surfaces of the jaws are flat. It is exceptionally well made with the wood handles.

I like this combination powder measure / shot measure. It has 2 sets of graduations for powder or shot.
