I am watching River Monsters on Netflix and one scene had a bunch of monkeys in it. My first thought was that they were so thick in that area that people should control the numbers for health reasons if for nothing else. The next thought was I really want to hunt monkeys, with my AR. Does anyone know where I could hunt monkeys legally? I have no desire to go to some third world prison over a hunting trip.

You can kill monkeys here but you can't bring your gun.

A friend of mine is in Kenya and he kills them with a bow. They use little wooden arrows with slivers pulled open sort of like a fish spear. The monkey picks it out, but the wood breaks off and they die of the infection. Kind of brutal, but that is how much of a pest they are. They look at them like we might look at a rat or some other pest animal. None of the "oh look at the cute monkey" thing.
