Anyone ever had to deal with these birds? They started gang banging the houses in my neighborhood 3 days ago and are crapping all over. They are starting to build nests on some of the houses and wake us up in the morning.

They just legalized "aerial" fireworks here so I am thinking about starting an air assault on them.

Keep in mind that you can't do shit to them without risking a felony charge.

Migratory Bird treaty act of 1918 or something like that.

You can't legally disturb them, or their nests. Sucks big time.

If you don't have one, borrow a lawn tractor. Your lawn needs mowing several times a day, so just keep driving around the house.

Put a little oil in the gas to enhance the smoke-out factor.

The birds may not all leave but they will not be as happy.
