Opt to invest as much as you can to get the most matching funds from your employer, assuming they match anything.
Beyond that, it is a crap shoot with this economy whether it is a smart investment.

Its a no brainer. Give every % you can afford.
I work for a Fortune 50 company and they use fidelity and I am VERY pleased.

I have a employer sponsored Fidelity 401K too, and I like it. But my plans are changing this month and I have to re-pick what accounts I dump my millions into.
