Additionally, job seekers employed by the program may have continued to receive benefits such as food stamps or Medicaid in error. The Kenyan Mongrel continues to harp about how "effective" the federal stimulus program has been.  |

Quoted: It's a safe bet there wasn't waste IN the program, but rather the entire program was a waste. A complete, utter, total waste––of nearly a trillion dollars we didn't have, and can't pay back.
