Fraud, Beware!
Platinum Online Group is one shady company I do not know how they got my checking account number because i have never spoken to ANYONE and i never give out my account information They charged my checking account $99.94!!! I get their phone number from my bank I call them and its just an answering service They will not provide you with ANY pertinent info they will not give you a phone number so you can actually talk with someone that may actually help you they will not give you a physical address to the company all they will say is someone will get back with you well someone did FINALLY call me back after i called the answering service no less than thirty times They BLOCK their phone number so you cannot get a actual number to call someone back When the person tried unsuccessfully to prove i gave them my personal information he hung up on me and i never did receive a call back from anyone that works for this total rip off of a company The shady people that answers the phone for them (they know good and well the company is just ripping people off and i let her know that i had no good feelings toward her because she knew good and well she was working for a company that does nothing but rip people off) 818-255-9973 is the number to their answering service I am calling the better business bureau and the local authorities to report them I am going to put out a fraud alert on face book, my space and tweeter i will list their information to every on line chat board i know of i urge you to do the same |

Yeah sorry i meant twitter. The only color I'm seeing right now is red. Obviously they did not know they where fucking with a arfcommer. I will not let this go by the way side. I will devote no less than 250hrs to get this information out so maybe it will save someone else from getting ripped off. I have no idea ow they got my personal information. I never give it out to anyone except for ebay, amazon. |

Looks like they have been ripping people off for a couple of years. They are one of the scumbag companies that offer "free trials" to shopping clubs or identity theft / credit report services but in the small print it says they will charge you yearly unless you call before your free trial ends. Often the "free trial" signup is offered to you as a "free gift" on the order confirmation page after purchasing something online.

I never give it out to anyone except for ebay, amazon. Your bank is full of shit. The only way they could have debited your account is via ACH or by sending through an electronicly gernerated check. Both of which you are fully protected against when it comes to fraud. You will get your money back, if not your bank is breaking regs. |

Seriously, its just a place that will send your complaint to the company and then the company won't do shit about the complaint because they arent a member. Take a trip down to your local court and file a small claim suit. That will get their attention. BBB has zero power of what businesses do. They are worthless. Complain to your AG if you want but there is still a chance nothing will happen. Small Claims court usually gets results. |
