Well, I just came across a Free Cell Solitaire game that cannot be won: Game #6471 (at least on my version of Windows XP Home). All the cards on the playable row are red which prevents a starting move.
It is now proven that some games exist that cannot be won. This fucking game put a damper on my winning streak
