Passed! Man that test was awful. |

I thought the test was easy. I was the first one finished and THAT made me nervous. I had to convince myself that I had just gotten lucky and not gotten the version with a gajillion crypto questions. I might have over prepared, due to scheduling conflicts it was almost 4 months from the training to taking the test so I studied every night. Congratulations. It is a very long test, and I've heard tons of people tell me theirs was hard. I'm no genius, so I had to have gotten an easier version than many others.

Quoted: CISA exam was worse, grammatically speaking. I've heard a lot of people complain about the grammar (double negatives, etc) of the CISSP exam, but I didn't find the questions themselves too difficult to interpret. What frustrated me was the fact that almost every question has two correct answers listed, and to me the more correct answer could be very subjective. I'm an engineer, and I've heard some engineers have problems with this exam because they tend to over think the answers. I found myself thinking "I need more information to choose between these two answers" on many of the questions. |

welcome to the club!
i've been a CISSP for coming up on 4 years. i thought the test was easy. I was done in an hour, which kinda caused me to panic a bit, as everyone else was struggling. I passed. now i just keep my CPE's up to date to avoid retaking it I have a link to a site full of legit security podcasts. i've never have them audited, and you get 1CPE per podcast (usually about an hour a piece) |
