This guy has been selling drugs, harassing neighbors and generally being a total dipshit. I have seen him literally passed out and/or crawling in the middle of the street numerous times.
Police could only walk him back home since there is no law against being wasted on whatever unless your behind the wheel in a car and it is running in my city.
The police and Fire have been there so many times for ODing or some other bullshit I lost count.

I got him nailed in his driveway a few months ago. This earned him his second DWI. Unfortunately he was back out after thirty days.
Looks like he will be gone a bit longer this time.

Wow....I bet the cops weren't too surprised when they picked him up. I'd love to see a study on the frequency of police/ems visits to the homes of conviceted felons prior to their being convicted versus the average citizen.

Got a similar neighbor myself. When I posted about it all I got was a barrage of "MYOFB's" from the NORML crowd here. Sells weed, has a "drive thru" service going on. That's OK, we got it covered now
