| STOP complaints & STOP flying, is that simple. |

Quoted:
That's all good and well until they start putting checkpoints outside every grocery store. Yay! Stop eating, that will solve the problem! Government intrusion is the problem, not utilizing the service is not going to fix it. Unless everyone stopped. The Airlines would cry loudly, and the TSA would be reigned in. |

STOP complaints & STOP flying, is that simple. It's not that simple. For many people, flying is necessary. I can't drive across the country without wasting an entire week off of work. Of course, when the TSA starts searching individual cars because the government has deemed them necessary for highway safety, you'll probably just tell us to stop complaining and stop driving. Right? |

The majority of people will not give up flying over this. Many people agree with the TSA's current policy; many people have to fly for various reasons; many more people disagree with the current TSA policy but still fly because it is far more continent than other forms of travel. Even if a significant percentage stopped flying, it is more likely that the airlines would ask for another bailout than ask for the TSA to change the rules. |

The Airlines would cry loudly, successfully lobby Congress, and have the citizens of the US pay their salaries without the inconvenience of actually providing a valuable service.and the TSA would be reigned in.
