I keep getting a pop-up to down load "Registry Defender".

My computer is still not running right even after installing Malwarebytes and Security Essentials. I've even had some Blue screen crashes. I went back to Firefox 3.6 as 4.0 never seemed to work right on my system.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ya you have some malware on there still.

Boot to safe mode with networking, update malwarebytes and do a full scan.
Report back to us with results.

Download Avast antivirus, tell it to run a boot time scan, get back to work.

Ok, something is still in there.

Today I booted up in safe mode again and ran a scan with Security Essentials had one suspicious file:  win32/PowerRegschedular

Quarantined that.

However, when I google search something and try to click into a particular link I keep getting stupid re-directs to something else.

Anyone know why this is happening?

Try Combofix.  You might have to run it in safe mode, but I've gotten really good results with it.

No, since my business is in the transportation industry and it's a family owned/run company, and the only one in this particular office is me/myself/I that would make me the IT department, janitorial staff, secretary, customer service dept. ect ect ect.
