So here's the situation.
Weird guy used to always ride his bike out and watch my fiance work. He eventually told her that "I don't know how this happened, but I'm in love with you." She felt pretty weird about this because he looks like he's 40 something and appears to have mental issues. He continued coming to her place of work, parking outside, and watching her work. She eventually had him removed from the store by security and they explained that if he comes back, he will be charged with trespassing. Issue is, he has came back twice now and left before security has gotten to him. Yesterday he walked his bike up to the store and started pushing it into the wall repeatedly while looking at my fiance... WTF This last for maybe 5 minutes before he left. Obviously, security is failing at getting rid of this guy. Should she just call the police next time he comes by? Management is aware of the situation... ETA: The only plus I can see is the fact that he always rides a bike. I told her that her odds of being kidnapped are pretty low but he could still chop her head off... That is unless he has a panel van at home. Update : we are now married. |

Since security is failing, I'd call the PD or SO non-emergency number, explain the situation and tell them that the stalker has left a few times before security has arrived. Let them know that the next time he shows, she'll call 911 and see is somebody can be dispatched asap. |

All of this, plus have her get copies of the security teams reports from the previous episodes. |

This. Forget security, have the local LEOs get involved. Chances are the LEOs are already familar with the guy from past interactions. |

Explain to her that giving him handjobs sends mixed signals and she should stop. Ok, that was across the line. All the good advice is already taken, so I had to resort to shock humor. Security needs to be on the ball, and he needs to be officially 86'd from the property so the cops can drag him off next time he shows up. |

At least where I worked, ped-checks for people on bikes were pretty common. The patrol units get pretty familiar with the mopes on bikes. |

| I agree that you should call the cops. My wife had a situation kind of like this and the cops showed up en mass and told her and her boss this guy was very dangerous and he was never seen again and her parking lot gets patrolled all the time now. You have no idea what this freak may have done in the past. |

Thread title doesn't instill confidence. Weird guy stalking your "future" wife??
Are we sure the Op's not talking about himself? I suppose will find out when OP posts pics of future wife and they're all from a distance from the inside of a van. HAHAHAHA... Nice one.

Quoted: Im not so sure what police can do that security didnt. Uh, arrest him, check for warrants, put him on 72 hour evaluation, keep an eye out for him all over town, check his residence for human skulls, shoot him when he pulls a knife... The list goes on and on. |
